Essay

Object of study: automatic processes controlling the air supply to the blast furnace. Subject of study: improving the methods and means to improve the performance and accuracy of quality control metrology systems ATS air. As a result of undertaken studies next new scientific results are got: classification of the прецизионных systems of automatic control of serve of air is first worked out on the basis of their systematization on principles of construction and that provided a base management, algorithms for development of corresponding normatively - methodical providing; the mathematical models of turbo-compressor aggregates and electro-hydraulic systems of adjusting got further development; the row of the specified, models identified on results experiments is got for a static and dynamic analysis and structurally - self-reactance synthesis of прецизионных regulators, in that all substantial factors, are taken into account the influencing on exactness adjusting, it allowed to promote indexes of quality of САР of serve of air in blast-furnaces; the methods of synthesis of прецизионных regulators got further development and specification for the electro-hydraulic systems on the basis of principles of multiplicative and modal management, reverse tasks of dynamics, of authentication of parameters of objects managements that allowed to create the effective compatible structures of regulators it is first executed structurally - a self-reactance synthesis and optimization of parameters of compatible прецизионного regulator of the productivity of turbo-compressor aggregate are provided by substantial reduction of all types of static and dynamic errors . On the basis of offer models, methods and management algorithms the project of normative document ( standard ) is worked out on providing of necessary indexes of quality of САР of serve of air in blast-furnaces.
