Essay

The object of the research is the process of quality assurance of multi-element compound in engineering by heat method. The purpose of the research is improving the regulatory assurance of the process of assembly of multi-element compound under heat conditions for receiving specified quality parameters. Scientific novelty of the results: mathematical model for calculating assembly dimension chains was created for the first time, which takes into account the magnitude of the temperature gap for multi-element compound of the selected quality setting; mathematical models for determining the temperature gaps between the elements of a compound were received for the first time, given the classification of parts of the "bush" type, its material and modes of assembly, three-parameter statistical models were suggested to determine the accuracy of the closing link in the assembly under heat conditions that allow more accurate description of the process in time; estimates for parameters of statistical models to determine the accuracy of the closing link using the theory of order statistics were received, which allows to use them in solving practical problems.
