Essay

The thesis presents the results of investigations of the spreading, diagnostics and control measures of the hepaticolosis of carps in the water reservoirs of Mykolaiv Region. The spreading of hepaticolosis the some kind fish of the family Cyprinidae and non-valuable fish in some fish breeding farms was studied. The intensity and extensity of infestation of hepaticolosis of fish at the water reservoirs of the Bashtanka, Veselyniv, Kryvoozersk and Novoodesk Districts was determined. The hydrochemical indices of water reservoirs infected by fish under hepaticolosis were defined. The different species of the plankton and benthos of infected fish by Нераtісоlа petruschewskii at ponds were specified. The influence of the hepaticolosis invasion on the morphological and biochemical blood indices of fish is studied. The new scheme diagnostic of hepaticolosis in fish was devised. The index of fish fatness of the infected carps was determined. Two stages of inflammation process depending on the time of destruction and migration of worms in the parenchyma of liver such as vascular infiltration and stasis was observed. These results are characterized for acute hepatitis and necrotic process at chronic hepatitis. The efficacy of modern Ukrainian drugs in different intensity invasion of carps at research laboratory was tested. Comparative analysis of the effectiveness brovalsen®, granulated brovadasol 20 % and granulated tetramisol for fish infected by Hераtісоlа petruschewskii was carried out. The relevant complex preventive measures aimed against occurrence and for elimination hepaticolosis in fish breeding farms were devised and implemented.
