The main task of the work was the search of new high-efficient and low-toxicity substances with potential diuretic, anti-hypoxic, analgetic, anti-inflammatory and actoprotectiv activity among derivatives of 7-(2-oxopropyl)-8-bromoxanthines and also ascertainment of binding regularities between chemical structure and biological activity.
