Essay

It is proved in the thesis that an integrated approach to the scientific reasoning of institutional, organizational and legal mechanisms of ensuring sustainable development of the local community in conditions of public administration reforming of independent Ukraine makes it possible to significantly change their content. This is reflected in the conceptual model of sustainable development (which has three vectors - conceptual, institutional and functional), that is based on the principles of sustainable development, the concept of economic development and public administration, management, and appropriate principles.
