Lyovkina O. Correction of endometrium status in reproductive age women with primary stress-induced infertility.

Object - initial stress-induced infertility; purpose - to improve treatment of primary stress-induced infertility by identifying relevant features and correction of psychological status, hormonal homeostasis and functional changes of the endometrium; methods - psychometric, clinical, laboratory, instrumental, mathematics and statistics; results - proved that the leading role in the occurrence of initial stress -induced infertility plays a chronic psycho-emotional stress (acute psycho-emotional stress may act as a trigger mechanism in the occurrence of stress-induced infertility); found that the main negative psycho manifestations infertility are depressive disorders, increased personal and reactive anxiety, hypochondriacal fixation, asthenia phenomena and manifestations of emotional lability; shown that the severity of adverse changes in the psyche increases according to the increase of the term infertility; based on the evaluation of hormonal homeostasis and ultrasound of the endometrium defined diagnostic criteria for stress-induced infertility; scientifically grounded clinical efficacy of correction of the endometrium by applying the proposed medical complex in women of reproductive age with primary stress- induced infertility; branch – medicine.
