Object of research: processes of the economy growing. Purpose of research: development of conception of modernization of institutional structure which will allow to overcome a system crisis will provide the height of GDP, and on his basis is satisfaction of growing necessities and upgrading of life of population of country. Methods of research: system method, disciplinary approach, principle of historical method and social Darwinism, principles of neoclassical analysis. Results: theoretical and methodological analysis of the economy growing as to the economic category, correlation of terms the "economy growing" and "economic development"; exposure of intercommunication and co-operation of direct, indirect and institutional factors of the economy growing; determination of methodological basis and analysis of essence, structure and functions of economic institutes; analysis of institutional dynamics of economic institutes, systematization and analysis of two variants of development of institutes : evolutional and revolutionary; research of causes and socio-economic effects of origin of transplantation disfunctions; deepening of nature and displays of revivifying of Ukrainian society is in the context of forming of distinctive mental forms; development of conception of modernization of institutional structure as terms of providing of the economy growing. Novelty: First: conception of institutional factors of the economy growing is worked out; the model of development of tradition is built as an informal norm. Got further development: principle of the system : formal institutes and informal models of co-operation form the institutional environment of functioning of economy and are the form of existence of productive relations; theory of institutional dynamics of economic institutes; economic theory of ownership rights.
