Gnidenko O. Models, methods and information technology process management based on the balanced scorecard

This thesis is devoted to solving of important scientific and practical problem of process management based on balanced scorecard. Research object - the process of the enterprise strategy management. The model of the balanced scorecard is first proposed, that formalizes the relationship of strategic and operational levels of management, which ensures the development of operational plans using business strategy. A category model of the life cycle of the process of selecting measures is improved, that allows choosing activities based on the balanced scorecard for efficient management of business process. Method of forming and maintaining balanced scorecard is further developed, that allows to automate the process of forming strategic card and individual employees' tasks by using a process approach to describe the implementation of strategic goals. Method of strategic management of business process is improved, that allows selecting the measures and analyzes their estimates that impact on the performance of the business process through the use of formalized representation of the relationship strategic and business architecture. The information technology for strategic management of business process is proposed using the proposed models and methods. The subsystem balanced scorecard strategic management is developed and tested for solving tasks of strategic and operational management of the enterprise within the process approach.
