In the paper the chemical analysis of local foul waters sediments and soils near the sludge charts of purifying installments of the right bank of Dniprodzerzhinsk for defining the pH level, humidity, content of organic substances, metals Ba, Be, Cr, Pb, Sn, Ga, Ni, Y, Yb, Zn, Сd, Zr, Co, Ti, Cu, V, Ge, Mo, Li, La, Sr, Mn, Bi, Nb, Ag, Al, Fe and combinations of calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, phosphorus and nitrogen; and the microbiological analysis with the definition of index of lactose-positive colon bacilli and general microbal number have been presented. Damages to the environment because of polluting soils that might be caused by the contact of foul waters sediments, which are kept on the sludge charts, with soils have been calculated. The ability of "Early golden sugar" corn, "Alpha" pea, "Matador" spinach, "Tavrichanka" Brassica juncea and grasses, which naturally grow on the polluted territory, to sorb metals from the polluted soils has been analysed. The technological schemes of plastic and concrete blocks manufacturing with the use of local foul waters sediments and polyethylene wastes have been developed and economically grounded.
