Essay

This thesis justifies the theoretical and the new actual scientific problem solving - developing complex psycho measures for women who have had surgery on the internal reproductive organs. The problem is solved based on the identification of psycho-emotional, personal, protective coping and psychosocial of psychological maladjustment in women after surgical treatment of uterine leiomyoma. Research process 128 patients, including 44 women undergoing myomectomy (group I), 56 - hysterectomy (group II), 28 - hysterectomy with ovarian (group III), allowed to determine the structure of symptoms and general patterns of exclusion in the formation of this group of patients. Based on the generalization of the data we have identified predicative and preventative components of adaptive capacity of women with uterine leiomyoma's during the postoperative period, which influenced the development of psychological maladjustment in this group of patients. Scientific, developed and tested in therapeutic practice complex psycho events in patients with uterine leiomyoma's, which aims to improve the quality of rehabilitation and re-socialization of women in post- operative period. The complex psycho action consists of four phases: adherence to therapy (2-3 sessions) involvement in the program meaningful people in the family and environment (3-5 sessions), correction of pathogenic emotional and personal sphere (7-10 sessions); consolidating the results and dynamic correction (classes 2-3). The complex psycho measures demonstrated its effectiveness by leveling maladjustment influences predictive factors and preventive potentiation.
