Essay

The formation and development regime of execution and serving penalty are analyzed. The concept and content of the regime of execution and serving sentences in correctional facilities are determined. Also the author shows the current state of execution and serving penalty and formulated suggestions for improvement. Based on a comparative analysis the regulatory support regimes in prisons with minimum, medium and maximum security level are investigated.
