Usov D. Criminal-legal characteristics of the disclosure of state secrets (Article 328 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)

The author conducts historical-legal analysis of the development of legislation that includes legal responsibility for the disclosure of state secrets; analyses international experience of the establishment of criminal responsibility for the disclosure of state secrets; explores subjective and objective features of the disclosure of state secrets, defines and expands their peculiarities; defines and grounds ways of solving the problems regarding demarcation of the disclosure of state secrets from related offences; works out and grounds suggestions and recommendations as to the perfection of the law regarding criminal responsibility for the disclosure of state secrets.
