Object of study: the management of environmental safety economies at different levels. Objective: development and improvement of scientific and methodological foundations of environmental safety management systems at different levels of economic-based marketing. Research methods and apparatus: a method of logic synthesis, analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, systematic approach and the abstract-logical methods, system- structural and multivariate analysis, statistical techniques and methods of correlation and regression analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the scientific methodology and practical advice on the management of environmental safety economies at different levels based on market-oriented instruments. Novelty: the scientific and methodical approach to evaluating the economic potential of marketing tools; organizational-economic approach to the formation mechanism of ecological safety management; improved scientific and methodical approach to the choice of marketing strategies to ensure environmental safety; methodical approach to the evaluation of synchronization processes to ensure ecological security economic system. Degree of implementation: development and practical guidelines implemented in the activity: "Transat" LTD; "Plant Torch" LTD, in the learning process Fire Academy named after heroes of Chernobyl.
