Gryshchenko I. Organizationally economic bases of export-import potential use management in the ecological-economical secure system

Research object: the regional export-import potential's use in the ecological-economic security system. Research aim: to develop theoretical, scientific and methodical positions to the organizational-economic mechanism of the regional export-import potential use management taking into account the requirements of environmental and economic security forming. Research methods and techniques: comparative analysis and grouping; factor analysis; system-structural and abstractly-logic analysis; statistical analysis; economic-mathematical design; calculation-analytical. Novelty: the scientific and methodical approach to determine the level of environmental and economic tensions of the regional export and import potential using is developed, which includes an assessment of the manifestation of ecological and economic threats and dangers arising from violations of environmental and economic balance in the export production and imported goods, works and services consumption per unit of export and import commodity flow in the territory of the region. Degree of implementation: scientific, methodical and practical results are implemented in the activity of "SUMY ENGINEERING WORKS" Ltd, "Global-Trade-S" Ltd, in the educational process of Sumy State University.
