Moza A. The theoretical legal principles of the European integration of Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to the complex research of the theoretical legal principles of the European integration of Ukraine in a context of the Agreement on association which takes into account the changes in legal system of EU that took place 01.12.2009 after Lisbon's agreement came in force. The essence of the European integration as complex category of theory of the state and law science has been determined. Peculiarities of legal mechanisms of the European integration inside EU and as to the third countries, including Ukraine have been disclosed. Prospects of the European integration of Ukraine according to the Agreement on association have been defined. The genesis of the legislation of Ukraine in the sphere of the European integration has also been investigated. The legal characteristic of the institutional mechanism of ensuring of European integration of Ukraine, special features of legal regulation of adaptation of the legislation of Ukraine as precondition to joining the European Community have been ascertained.7452
