The thesis is devoted to development of physical base for magnetoplasma separation of multicomponent environment that imitate spent fuel. The stages of spent fuel magnetoplasma reprocessing are proposed for fuel reсycling. Separation processes are considered in the devices with rotated in crossed electric and magnetic fields plasma. The basis of imitation environment selection and conditions when selective ions of multicomponent plasma collect in the certain area of "DIS-1" demo set-up are presented. The fulfilled out computations have got experimental confirmation of ion separation process in the multicomponent gas plasma. The conceptual schemes of "DIS-1-ICR" separator of light isotopes and elements and "DIS-2-ICR-SC" superconducting separator for separation of wide mass range by ion-cyclotron resonance method are presented. For realization of spent fuel magnetoplasma reprocessing the comparative analysis of the magnetoplasma mass-separators of different type has been carried out. Rank value of total consumption for the "DIS-1" set-up magnetoplasma mass-separation is presented (~10^4 еV/atom for М~240 аtоmic massеs, that is in hundred times less electromagnetic separations), and comparison of energy consumption for different spent fuel separation methods has been performed.
