Berezhna I. Guarding and Protection of Physical Persons-Entrepreneurs’ Civil Rights and Legal Interests by Notaries Public

This thesis is devoted to the research of theoretical grounds of guarding and protecting physical persons-entrepreneurs' rights and legal interests by notaries public. The content of the notions "guarding" and "protection" of civil rights and legal interests, namely by a notary public, their correlation are defined in the paper. Separation of methods and ways of guarding and protecting rights and legal interests by a notary public is theoretically grounded; notarial acts executed by the direct participation of a physical person-entrepreneur or in his/her interests are considered. Some propositions for improving corresponding provisions of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "About Notarial System" are formulated.
