Essay

Object of research - scheduling construction projects, taking into account the probabilistic nature of the influencing factors. The aim: to establish the influence of organizational and technological solutions and management process on reliability of the final result. Research methods: theory of organizational and technological reliability of functional systems; mathematical statistics, the theory of matrix calculation of time parameters of the construction flow, the economic analysis of investment efficiency; probability theory and reliability. Theoretical and practical results: it was found that the law of distribution of run-time construction works is asymmetric, and the value of asymmetry depends on the spread of performance artist; it was developed the method of calculation of time-line construction parameters considering the growing uncertainty in stages of the work. Scientific novelty: it was established a functional relationship between the plan level of reliability, the required level of reliability of the final result and the intensity of management actions; it was designed the mathematical model of selecting the maximum value of the objective function within the constraints that takes into account the probabilistic nature of the influence of internal and external factors. Implementation extent: the results were implemented on construction enterprises of Dnepropetrovsk: "Stroitel-P" and "AvtoBudTsentr". Range of application: scheduling and monitoring of implementation of the plan.
