Essay

Object is a physical process of charged particle beams formation in quadrupole brobe-forming systems. The thesis is devoted to defining the impact of focusing fields free parameters to the beam current density for the formation of precision energy MeV ion beams in a nuclear scanning microprobe. It was used the methods: matrix, gradient descent, Levenberg-Marquardt. It was shown experimentally tripling the current density of the beam using four magnetic quadrupoles with individual power supply elements. Partly the result of the work were implemented to proton lithography equipment at the Institute of Applied Physics of the NAS of Ukraine.
