Stepan V. Improving of multimodal treatment of acute purulent-inflammatory diseases of kidneys and perirenal fat (clinically-experimental study).

The dissertation thesis is devoted to improving the results of multimodal treatment of acute purulent-inflammatory diseases of the kidney and perirenal tissue, by developing and implementing a rational method of prevention and treatment using interstitial electrophoresis. A new way of modeling of purulent inflammatory diseases of kidneys and perirenal fat is developed. It is shown that purulent-inflammatory diseases of kidneys and perirenal tissue are characterized by probable reduction of stress adaptation of the organism, disorders of nonspecific resistance and immune reactivity. The proposed multimodal treatment of purulent inflammatory diseases of kidney and perirenal tissue with inclusion of interstitial electrophoresis of antibacterial drugs is characterized by fairly rapid decrease in the inflammatory infiltrate, faster pain elimination, decrease in the number of surgical interventions (p<0,05), complications by 18,2% (p<0,05), duration of in hospital stay by 37,4% (p<0,05).
