LUKMAN I. The features of diagnostic and treatment of trichomoniasis in patients with chronic prostatovesiculitis.

The thesis is devoted to the treatment of men with inflammatory prostate vesicle complex background of urogenital trichomoniasis. A possibility of use in the treatment method intraorganic iontophoresis ornidazole was proved. It is showed a comparative evaluation of treatment by developed and traditional methods in the work. The studies (cytological, immunological, cultural, biochemical and immunometabolical) and analysis of prostate secretion and ejaculate before and after treatment, which found an advantage of the proposed method over conventional conservative treatment, and assessed the diagnostic capabilities of trichomoniasis with different methods. This finding suggests technique developped an effective measure in the treatment of patients with chronic trichomonias prostatovesiculitis etiology in different states of activity.
