Iovitsa A. Improvement of technology of surgical treatment of patients with acute appendicitis

Dissertation is devoted to the solving of actual scientific task - improvement of surgical treatment results of patients with the destructive forms of acute appendicitis, by means of usage of the improved method of appendectomy, methods of drainage of the abdominal cavity, the performance of laparoscopic appendectomy in karboksyperytoneuma proposed parameters, application of reasonable empirical antibacterial therapy and methodology of correction of colon dysbiosis in a postoperative period with help of the probiotic from the suspension of spores of Bacillus clausii. The method of appendectomy has been improved and the drainage design has been proposed with the methods of its introduction to the abdominal cavity. The antibacterial antibiotic therapy of beta-lactam antibiotics ertapenem is proved. It is shown that the optimal level of karboksyperytoneuma is up to 6,8±0,7 mm, during performing laparoscopic appendectomy to patients anaesthetic risk of IІI-IV level (scale ASA) in conditions of spinal anesthesia and spontaneous breathing.
