Romaniuk E. Basic properties of law in a context of natural-legal and positive legal comprehension

For the first time within the framework of the theory of the state and law, by being based on a systematic approach a complex investigation of the main properties of law in its objective character, a definition of their content, a role and meaning of wider imaginations concerning the very gist of law are carried out. There is a grounded assertion that properties of law depend not only exceptionally on a right, but also on those phenomena which law cooperates and correlated with. A special value of properties of law is acquired within conceptions or types of legal comprehension as an expression of law-relative ideas, concentrated around a leading position which provides forming of the very gist, its imaginations and appointment compiling its direction of its cognition.
