Essay

The thesis is devoted to the fabrication and study of thin film heterostructures, which include ferromagnetic (F) and superconducting (S) layer. Theoretically and experimentally studied the flow characteristics in such structures as the quasiparticle and superconducting currents. In the process created heterostructure sandwich and planar type of different geometry: F-I-S and F-I-S-I-S, where I-insulator. As used in the film F semimetallic Heusler alloy Co2CrAl. As the superconductor used lead (Pb) were studied in these systems: current spin injection, non - equilibrium spin - polarized superconducting state. A theoretical model of the behavior of a superconductor under the influence of spin - polarized current injection and, based on them, we simulate the form of the current-voltage characteristics (CVC) of ferromagnetic-insulator-superconductor heterostructures. Found that the type of CVC heterostructures F-I-S Co2CrAl-I-Pb depends on the resistivity RNNA tunnel junction. The peculiarities of the spin-polarized tunneling current injection high degree of spin - polarization on the magnitude of the superconducting energy gap electrodes. The phenomenon of giant spin blocking the tunnel current in contacts F-I-S- type Co2CrAl-I-Pb. A theoretical model that adequately describes the processes of tunneling of spin-polarized electrons in the contacts F-I-S-type. Found that the study of the normalized conductance in tunnel junctions ferromagnetic-insulator-superconductor at zero bias voltage is used to determine the spin polarization of the ferromagnetic. Proposed and experimentally verified physical model of tunneling processes leading to homogeneous and inhomogeneous non - equilibrium superconducting state to the resistive state, or in contact F-I-S - type Co2CrAl-I-Pb. Base on the analysis of the experimental I-V characteristics and determining the dependence of the energy gap (V), to supplement the chemical potential (V), the effective temperature T*(V), leading to a modification of the quasiparticle distribution function and the electron density of states.
