Essay

The dissertation presents the results of a study of features and characteristics of secondary employment of students in the modern conditions. The dynamic of socio-demographic characteristic of students' employment is described. The main trends regarding employer's attitude toward secondary employment of students are determined. The analysis of the motivational structure of secondary employment of students is drawn up. There were formulated and described the characteristic of varieties of possible students' secondary employment statuses through theoretical synthesis and interpretation of self-obtained data of empirical study.
