The object of research is the process value-based management of enterprises. Subject of research is theoretical, methodological and practical basis of value-based management of fruits and vegetables processing and canning enterprises. This research was made on the basis of use: theoretical generalization, classification, induction and deduction, system and structural analysis, statistical and economic analysis, economic and mathematical modeling, expert-analytical methods, graphical analysis methods. The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations to improve value-based management of fruits and vegetables processing and canning enterprises. Developed a matrix "System effects - Spread of profitability", which reflects the current profitability of enterprises without the cost of capital and the relative system effect, it allows to visualize the long-term and short-term business results and determine the direction to enhance the value of enterprises with opportunities of the environment. Refined the definition of "value-based management", which takes into account the complexity and interrelation of the elements of enterprise management. Improved scientific and methodical approach to the prioritization of value factors for management of enterprise, which characterizes the factors in the context of sensitivity, controllability and volatility. Improved scheme of organizational process of the value-based management. Refined essence of the systematic effect from the application of value-based management, which obtains additional value benefits. Results of scientific research are used in fruits and vegetables processing and canning enterprises, SPE "Konservkompleks" "Agrofirm "Eureka" , PJSC"ON"Odessa cannery", PJSC "Mogilev-Podolsky cannery".
