Research object: public relations, that arise up during organization and feasible realization of coal products. Research purpose: development and ground of suggestions on perfection of the legal adjusting of realization of coal products. Research methods: supervisions, inductions and deductions, abstracting, comparative-legal, system-functional, formal-legal. Theoretical and practical value: new theoretical positions are grounded in relation to the legal aspects of the legal adjusting of realization of coal products and developed suggestion on perfection of legislation, that regulate relations, related to organization and realization of realization of coal products. Research results have a practical value and utilized in activity of state enterprise of "Donetsk coal power company", state enterprise of "Makeevugol", separate subdivision "Mine of the name of Michael Ivanovich Kalinin" of state enterprise of "Donetsk coal power company". Scientific novelty: the work clarifies the definition of the concept of "realization of coal production"; summarized the legal basis for the marketing of these products proposed by the relevant ways of improving the legislation; provides definitions of the concepts of "mining company", "coal-mining enterprises", "coal mine", "coal cut", "mining enterprises", systematized types of these subjects. Proposals for improvement of legal framework for pricing in the sphere of realization of coal products; justified proposal on granting state support only coal producing companies, fleshed out the bases for granting and means of such support for these enterprises; finalized the contractual basis in the sphere of coal products. The ways to improve economic and legal liability for violation of legislation in the sphere of sales of coal products for such aspects as the base and sanctions. Sphere of the use: subjects of initiation of bill; management subjects; higher educational establishments.
