Essay

Thesis is devoted to the study of the laws of the dynamic balance of the dispersed particles in the implementation of a continuous process of obtaining mineral humic solid composites, the study of the kinetic characteristics of the process of the mineral granule humic composites, development of methods to reduce energy and material losses for the energy-efficient process. Theoretically predicted and experimentally verified the effectiveness of the external recycle to stabilize the dispersion composition of the particles in the fluid bowl within the limits. Developed and experimentally verified a qualitative method of disperse composition of the granular product. A generalized model of granulation considering its stochastic nature proposed. The algorithm for calculating industrial granulator based on calculated compensatory functions of the new centers of granulation and approximation dispersed composition of the granular product proposed.
