Object of research:the subject-object relationship in the public administration in general secondary education. Purpose: to study the theoretical foundations, methodological principles and practical recommendations to improve the mechanism for implementing the subject-object relations in government secondary education in Ukraine. Methods: analysis and synthesis, sociological analysis, systems analysis, modeling. Results: The study of the role and functions of the modern state in the social integration of the younger generation in public processes. Novelty: a model of the external evaluation of the subjects and objects management system secondary education; improved theoretical justification mechanism for the implementation of subject-object relations in the public administration system in secondary education; further developed the essential characteristics of interaction between subjects and objects of public administration in general secondary education system in modern conditions . Introduced in activity: Education Department of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration of Kharkiv region. Application areas: public administration, local government, training and retraining of civil servants, local government officials.
