Thesis deals with the content of the rights and obligations of the insurance relationship participants for voluntary property insurance (property insurance/insurance of property) - the insurer, the insured, the beneficiary. The historical background of the emergence and development of the rights and responsibilities of the above mentioned persons is investigated. The contents of the participants' rights and obligations of the insurance relationship under the law, in accordance with the theory of insurance and according to the settling disputes practice in the insurance cases is analized.
