Gerasymchuk L. Release of juveniles from criminal responsibility and punishment with the use of coercive educational measures

The thesis is a comprehensive scientific research on the use of coercive educational measures upon release of juveniles from criminal responsibility and punishment. In this work the theoretical and methodological foundations of release of juveniles from criminal responsibility and punishment with the use of coercive educational measures are researched. A comparative-legal analysis of the legislation of Ukraine and the legislation of foreign countries in terms of applying of measures which are alternative to punishment for combating juvenile delinquency is conducted. The questions of release of juveniles from criminal responsibility and punishment with the use of coercive educational measures, as well as grounds and conditions for the use of these measures are analyzed.
