Bandolya L. Criminological grounds of preventing from evasion of serving the un-custodial sentence (according to criminal and executive inspection materials-manuscript)

The dissertation analyses scientific elaborations on research subject that makes possible to define the scientific innovation of the work. The establishment and development of the system of preventing from evasion of serving the un-custodial sentence has been researched. The conception of the system has been exposed and the foreign experience of the system has been generalized as well. The state and tendencies of serving the un-custodial sentence evasion are shown reasons and conditions of committing the evasion are analyzed. The definitions of social and demographical criminal and legal social and psychological characteristics of the convict evading serving the un-custodial sentence are given. The list of general and social special criminological and individual preventive measures aimed at preventing from evasion of serving the un-custodial sentence is determined. Scientifically based suggestions for present legislature improvement of preventing from evasion of serving the un-custodial sentence have been defined.
