In this work the complex chemical and toxicological studies on the development of analytical methods for diagnosis of propoxyphen poisoning that includes methods of sample preparation and isolation of propoxyphen from biological material, revealing it by thin-layer, gas-liquid and high-performance liquid chromatography methods, and determination of its content in blood.
