The thesis is devoted to major trends in law in the context of globalization, the content characteristic of legal integration as a manifestation of globalization in the sphere of law, way of legal integration. The signs of the Law in terms of features of modern understanding of law, factors of development rights in a globalized world are analyzed. The analysis of the essential characteristics of globalization as the defining phenomena of modernity and its manifestation in the main areas of society. The main trends of law, due to globalization processes, are defined. Special attention is paid to the characteristics of the impact of globalization on the modern state. The legal integration as the unification of national legal systems by bringing them the basic elements in accordance with defined legal standards is analyzed, as well as the introduction of common elements of regulation, driven by the need to create a framework of cooperation of sovereign states in various spheres of social practice.
