Essay

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and methodological characterization of the legal law. The paper analyzes the scientific works highlighting to some extent the issues related to the nature of the legal law. The ideological, philosophical, scientific and sociological fundamentals of the study of the nature of the legal principles of law are specified and detailed. It is established that the modern legal doctrine, in determination of the essence of the "legal law" category, faces certain difficulties caused by different approaches to understanding of the law, especially reflection of attitude to the law in the public legal consciousness, the image of its reasonable origins, the logic of its construction and so on. The author found that the formal and content features are inherent to the legal law and the formulated its proper definition of the "legal law". It is proved that the most difficult and controversial, but still the most significant component of the relationship between law and act in terms of practice is the question of criteria for determination of the legal nature of law. The typical classification of legal laws is carried out under the typical and specific signs.
