Essay

The dissertation addresses the methods of the development of intonation and imaginative thinking in elementary school students in the process of vocal and choral education as a topical issue of modern art education. The essence, content, and structure of intonation and imaginative thinking of elementary school students are revealed. The principles, educational conditions, forms and methods of the formation of intonation and imaginative thinking of elementary school students in the process of vocal and choral education are defined. The methodology of the formation of intonation and imaginative thinking of elementary school students in the process of vocal and choral education in terms of extracurricular activities in secondary schools of China and Ukraine is developed and tested. The efficiency and effectiveness of the author's technique are proved by the results of the formative experiment.
