Essay

A research object is a process of forming of market of services of car-care center in Ukraine. The article of research is theoretical and methodological, methodical and practical principles of forming of national market of services of car-care center. A research aim are a ground and development of theoretical positions, methodical approaches and research and practice recommendations in relation to forming of market of services of car-care center on the basis of approach of the systems with the aim of increase of level of formed of market of services of car-care center in Ukraine. Research methods: logician, dialectician, approach of the systems, statistical and economic analysis, system-structural analysis, comparative analysis, cartographic methods, scenario design. he scientific novelty of work consists in the decision of scientific task in relation to development of theoretical-methodological approaches and research and practice principles of forming of national market of services of car-care center on the basis of approach of the systems with the aim of improvement of organizational structure of market. First: scientifically-methodical approach is worked out to forming of market of services of car-care center. The scientifically-methodical going is improved near the rational territorial placing of enterprises of car-care center at forming of market of services of car-care center; general classification of factors that directly influence on forming of market of services of car-care center; the scientifically-methodical going is near determination of consumer advantages at the market of services of car-care center; the scientifically-methodical going is near determination of strategic directions of market of services of car-care center development. Got further development: concept vehicle due to clarification of essence of categories; a theory of consumer behavior is due to the selection of groups of descriptions of maintenance of consumers
