Dissertation is dedicated to the scientific grounds of theoretical and methodical principles concerning improvement of mechanisms of public administration of state procurements and making out of the appropriate practical recommendations. The complex way as to forming of the conception of public administration of state procurements for budgetary funds and mechanisms of its realization are offered. These mechanisms are directed to improvement of functioning of this system, overcoming of corruption and strengthening of the role of state financial control in this sphere.
