Essay

Object-a sharp poisoning with paracetamol on a background preliminary food deprivation; the purpose - to establish pathogenetic features of course of a sharp experimental poisoning with paracetamol on a background preliminary food deprivation and to find out an opportunity of use L-карнитина with the purpose of correction; methods - biochemical; morphological; mathematical; results - The research examines the peculiarities of the course of acute damage with paracetamol against the background of prolonged previous food deprivation. The efficiency of the correction of damages caused by the pathological process with L- carnitine is proved. It is shown that the previous prolonged food deprivation increases toxic effect of paracetamol on the body of experimental animals, as indicated by more intense activation of lipid peroxidation and oxidative modification of proteins, more significant violations of the functional state of enzyme and nonenzyme links of antioxidant system, intensive increase of endotoxemia, and disintegration of membrane structures of hepatocytes; шt is proved that the use of L-carnitine with the purpose of correction of metabolic disorders caused by acute paracetamol poisoning against the background of the previous food deprivation is promising and the expediency of its further pre-clinical studies for possible use in clinical hepatology for the correction of metabolic disorders and reducing of toxic effects of paracetamol is highlighted.
