Syniakova K. Providing the effective professional and qualification structure of the tourist enterprise's personnel

The object of the study is the processes of providing the effective professional and qualification structure of the tourist enterprise's personnel. The subject of the study is theoretical, methodological and applied principles of providing the effective professional and qualification structure of the tourist enterprise's personnel. The study was carried out on the basis of theoretical generalization, system analysis, grouping and classification, graphic and econometrical methods, methods of expert survey and normalized indexes. The thesis is devoted to the improvement of theoretical and scientific provisions, developing methodological bases and practical recommendations of the providing the effective professional and qualification structure of the tourist enterprise's personnel aimed on growing of the economic results of enterprise's business activity. Proposed to evaluate the effectiveness of professional and qualification structure of the enterprise's personnel based on the integrate index which allows to detect the factors and reserves of increasing its effectiveness. Improved the conceptual model of reproduction of professional and qualification structure of the enterprise's personnel where external and internal factors correspond to the stages of its reproduction as a system. Developed the scientific and methodic tools of defining the optimal parameters of the increasing the effectiveness of professional and qualification structure of the tourist enterprise's personnel that allows define the administrative ways of the profit increasing by means of the costs on the compensation and the development of the personnel. Scientific results of the research are used in the activity of the tourist enterprises namely TOV "Tavrida", PP "Dilijans i K", PP "Biznes Dom "Bordo"". Particular theoretical and methodological developments were used in the activity of Main Directory of Economics of Kherson Regional State Administration, Department of Tourism and Resorts of Kherson Regional State Administration.
