Object of research: processes of mastering of new markets of sale in an insurance company. Purpose of research: development of conception and mechanisms of reflection management by the processes of mastering of new markets of sale in an insurance company for the increase of efficiency of her functioning. Methods of research: approach of the systems, reflection approach, theory of the expected utility, theory of prospects, marketing approach, abstractly-logical analysis, method of statistical supervision, retail audit, index, graphic, selective methods, method of groupment, factor analysis. Results: the features of functioning and basic progress of insurance market of Ukraine trends are investigational; the theoretical and methodological going is analyses near a management by the processes of mastering of new markets of sale in insurance; conception of reflection management is worked out by the processes of mastering of new markets of sale in an insurance company; the mechanism of analysis and estimation of basic parameters of insurance market is improved; the mechanism of reflection co-operations is worked out in the process of mastering of new markets of sale in an insurance company; the mechanism of analysis of processes of making decision of consumers and competitors of insurance company is worked out; the orgware of subsystem of reflection management is improved by the processes of mastering of new markets of sale in an insurance company; the structure of the informative providing of subsystem of reflection management is worked out by the processes of mastering of new markets of sale in an insurance company; the mechanism of realization of conception of reflection management is worked out by the processes of mastering of new markets of sale in an insurance company.
