The thesis is a comprehensive study of legal nature, definitions and characteristics of the formation and application of notary procedure principles. As a result, the study specifies the system of notary procedure principles, analyzes the features of their implementation in the notary business. The role and importance of notary and its principles in the mechanism of individual and state rights and interests protection. The doctrine of notary procedure and its functions as well as the impact of the functions on the principles implementation have been analyzed. The classification of notary procedure principles has been done. The specifics of the notary principles implementation have been identified through legal relationship analysis in the area. Based on the research done the theoretical conclusions have been presented. The amendments to the current legislation of Ukraine and civil law on notary have been suggested to ensure the implementation of effective and developed mechanism of individual and state rights and interests protection.
