Pidkuiko O. Features of territorial communities' development in the agro-industrial regions of Ukraine

Theoretical foundations of territorial communities' development are refined; conceptual foundations, approaches and practical guidelines for its implementation are substantiated considering the features of functioning of the agro-industrial regions of Ukraine. Current trends, state of life support of the population and key factors of territorial communities' development in the agro-industrial regions of Ukraine are revealed. Influence of public authorities and non-governmental institutions on the development of territorial communities is analyzed and clarified. Scientific and methodological basis of the analysis of the territorial community's state and approaches that ensure territorial communities' development in the agro-industrial region are developed. Priority areas of territorial communities' development in the agro-industrial regions of Ukraine are substantiated; practical recommendations for its implementation, local and regional development policy improvement are provided.
