Committed legal analysis of the crime under Art. 137 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, on which theoretical conclusions, recommendations. Research of system connections in the criminal law in this area, analyzed the practical application of Art. 137 Criminal Code of Ukraine in cases of injury to a child acts more subjects, and amends of Art. 137 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding the definition of socially dangerous consequences of improper performance of duties for the protection of life and health of children. A study of foreign law on criminal liability on which the comparison was made c. 137 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, with the relevant rules of criminal codes of foreign countries.
