Thesis is an independent completed scientific work, one of the first in Ukrainian law science complex researches of complicity in crimes with a special subject for example, crimes in the area of performance and professional activities related to the provision of public services. In this work it is analyzed the basis for evaluation of actions which are a manifestation of the joint efforts of general and special subjects at the commission of intentional offenses which may be committed only by a special subject. The necessity of addition the general part of the Criminal code by the rule of qualification of crimes with a special subject. In this work is formulated the concept of "roll-sharing responsibility accomplices with a special subject", "differentiation of criminal liability for accesors in offences with a special subject". On the basis of scientific approaches, current legislation and practice the ways of ensuring proper differentiation of responsibility and individualization of punishment such accessory are proposed. In the dissertation are made the proposal to improve the criminal law and practice.
