Tkach I. State of Ukraine as the subject of non-contractual obligations

The thesis was dedicated to the comprehensive research of the participation in the non-contractual obligations of Ukraine as the state. The legal background of Ukraine participation in the non-contractual relations has been determined, namely the specifics of the civil legal standing of Ukraine as the state and the bodies of state power, discrimination of the participation in non-contractual obligations of Ukraine from that of the bodies of state power. It has been identified how specifically Ukraine compensates the damage caused by the bodies of the state power, their officials or officers, as well as the conditions of the compensation by the state of Ukraine of the damage in the area of the rule-making activities. It has been established how the state of Ukraine compensates the damage caused by the body in charge of investigative work, prejudicial inquiries, prosecutor's office or court. The general tendencies of Ukraine participation in other non-contractual obligations, not related to the compensation of damages in the area of the state and government relations, have been identified.
