Essay

Object - the formation process of the personnel marketing within the motor transport enterprises. Goal - is to improve the existent theoretical positions and to develop the methodological and practical recommendations as to the forming the personnel marketing (PM) within the motor transport enterprises (MTEs). Methods - general positions of economic theory; philosophical principles of knowledge, dialectical, logical and systematic approach to their examination, scientific works of domestic and foreign experts in the field of personnel management and marketing. Novelty - is in the deepening the theory and in the development the scientific and methodological recommendations as to the PM within the MTEs. Results - improved: the definition of "the personnel marketing" as a deliberate form of management, which is characterized by simultaneous mutually meet of the enterprise identified necessary labor force needs, on the one hand, and the staff needs in existing and newly created jobs with the necessary quantitative and qualitative characteristics, on the other hand; the content of the PM-complex , which, in contrast to the existing , formed according to the extended model "7P", that may serve as the basis for the development of effective management decisions as to the long-term coverage of the enterprise's needs in personnel; the process of PM that could ensure effective work coordination on the simultaneous coverage of enterprise and personnel needs; acquired subsequent development: the methodological bases as to the of the employer attractiveness by measuring the level of employer correspondence to the expectations and needs of potential and present personnel; the scientific and methodological recommendations that will contribute to the effective implementation of the PM within the MTEs.
