The theses focus on the causes and pathogenetic mekanisms of the development of true and false recurrent varicose veins after surgery and using of corrective surgical treatment for its prevention. The features of venous haemodynamic in 286 patients with recurrent varicose veins after surgery were investigated according to its cause. It was investigated the contribution of lower limb deep veins valvular incompetence to the development of true recurrent varicose veins, and the algorithm of surgical treatment including self-created methods of common femoral vein valvular incompetence correction was developed on this basis. The frequency and causes of recurrent varicose veins complications were investigated. The features of clinical course of venous trophic ulcers (C5-C6), and acute varicothrombophlebitis of small saphenous vein, and deep veins thrombosis were explored. The assessment of patients life quality using the system Venous Severity Scoring System and MOS SF-36.
