Essay

The thesis is devoted to the justification of methods of improvement of the preoperative preparation and postoperative care of patients with abdominal surgical pathology on the background of concomitant cardiovascular failure and total venous plethora by correcting the blood volume. Elastic compression of the lower extremities promotes the release of blood from tissues and vessels of the lower extremities and also from the depot of internal organs by the reflex influence. Decompression of tissues of the lower extremities promotes the reverse blood flow in the depot and can be used as an additional method of regulating of blood volume and its qualitative and quantitative composition. Collection of autologous blood before surgery in combination with the elastic compression of the lower extremities effectively potentiates the decrease of circulating blood volume, and can reduce the amount of infusion therapy and helps to reduce the level of endogenous intoxication. Was also given the morphofunctional grounding of caudal vena cava narrowing as a way to improve the blood circulation in the abdominal organs and reduce the load on the heart under conditions of total venous plethora in the experiment.
