Petretska N. Constitutional and legal status of some educational process participants in the system of higher education in Ukraine.

The dissertation deals with the complex research of theoretical problems and analysis of existing laws which define the legal status of a student and scientific-pedagogical employee, ways of solving the defined problems to ensure their constitutional and legal status corresponding to international legal standards and best foreign analogues in this sphere. The present stage of constitutional and legal regulations concerning the status of some educational process participants has been analyzed. The system of rights and freedoms, duties and obligations of a student and scientific-pedagogical employee has been defined. Both "the mechanism of providing" and "the mechanism of ensuring" the constitutional and legal status of a student and scientific-pedagogical employee has been discussed. The author analyzed the influence of internationals processes in higher educational establishments on the legal status of educational process participants.
